Accounting Assistant (Temporary)
6-9 Month Assignment

We're looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support our team during our
transition from SAP to S/4HANA. This role will help maintain day-to-day accounting
operations while assisting with data entry, system testing, and administrative support
throughout the migration.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a large-scale
system implementation in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Support vendor setup and maintenance, including requesting, verifying, and
• updating vendor account and payment details
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper documentation within the
• system
• Communicate with vendors to follow up on required information and resolve
• discrepancies
• Assist with data validation and reconciliation related to vendor records during
• system testing
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed during the system
• migration
• Support day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative needs

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support - preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
• professionally with external vendors
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Assignment Details

• 6-9 month temporary assignment
• Position located in Fort Worth, TX - PBR HQ - Stockyards
• Mostly full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some variation week
• to week based on project need
